Thailand is one of the most beautiful countries in the world and the people are some of the kindest you will ever meet. It is famous for its beautiful beaches, dense jungles, diverse wildlife and bustling cities.
In Thailand, as part of the leadership development experience, you will have the opportunity to build houses for those in need, work in orphanages, teach English, and paint schools.

Travel Documents: American citizens do not need a visa to travel to Thailand. You will need a US Passport valid through 6 months after the trip.
Vaccinations: LEFY does not require any specific vaccinations for this expedition. However, we suggest you carefully research and decide what is best for you. Information can be found at the Center for Disease Control website.

Josh Feigleson
Josh is excited about life and making a difference in the world. Josh loves to experience different cultures. He lived for two years in Taiwan, and recently returned from Southeast Asia where he worked as a business consultant and performed research on microfinance companies.
Josh is passionate about developing young people and helping them realize their potential to make a difference in the world. He has 5 years of youth camp experience where he worked as a manager for youth development programs in the midwestern United States, and also led youth humanitarian trips in Fiji. When not studying or working, he enjoys reading, studying Mandarin, playing sports, being outdoors, and writing music.
Josh is a recent graduate at Utah State studying Economics and Statistics. As President of the Huntsman Scholar Program he studied international markets in England, Belgium, France, and Switzerland.
Before joining LEFY, Josh worked as an associate at a venture capital firm where he enjoyed analyzing small businesses, critically thinking, and using that knowledge to make informed investment decisions. Josh’s fascination of small ventures has grown as he has worked as the director of competitions in the USU Entrepreneurship Center and helped students develop viable businesses.
Tyler Smith
Tyler enjoys traveling and learning about the people and cultures of the world. He served a mission and worked in South Korea for 2.5 years. Asia is Tyler’s home away from home. Tyler loves what the gospel and church programs can do for youth. He earned his Eagle Scout award in his youth and has been a youth leader in various capacities for nearly 20 years.
Tyler is the founder and president of Liberty Springs where he lives out his passion for educating young people through unique experiential learning opportunities.
Education is important to Tyler. He earned his bacheors degree from BYU and then two Masters degrees from University of Minnesota--one in business administration and another in healthcare administration. He is also Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
In his previous life Tyler was the Assistant Dean for the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University. Prior to the university, Tyler was a business consultant with IBM in Minnesota and then moved to Arizona to start his own wealth management business helping individuals and small businesses with their financial and life goals.
Kenzie Amick
Kenzie is passionate about making the world a better place by sharing one’s unique individual talents and having continual self improvement. She recently completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, but also studied Entrepreneurship and Yoga Studies. She interned as a business consultant for clients of Microfinance companies in Manila, Philippines, and helped women in poverty learn self-reliance principles to better themselves and their businesses to provide for their families.
Kenzie loves traveling with her whole heart and connecting to people all over the world to make new friends, touch others, and better understand those that on the surface seem to have live different lives, but are still children of our Heavenly Father.
Kanokphol “Young” Limpanasriphong
Young aims to make the world a better place by connecting people cross culturally and helping them to learn from different parts of the world.
Born in Thailand and raised in China, Young was able to experience firsthand the beauty of East and Southeast Asia. When he was 16, he embarked on a journey to the United States as a foreign exchange student. After several years of living and traveling around America, Young gained a better understanding and greater appreciation for Western culture. Later, he lived in Taiwan for 2 years as a missionary.
Following his missionary service. Young studied at BYU, majoring in economics and political science, and minoring in Japanese. He founded and organized the BYU China Conference. This special event has brought more than 40 successful leaders in different professions to BYU students who are interested in working in China.
Young has previously worked as an Education Consultant for education companies and university, International Business (Asia area) Consultant for Lambda School, and has various experience doing international business in Thailand and China.
